Amid the sovereign debt concerns about Greece and a few other European countries and potentially more declines in the value of the Euro, the U.S. dollar is becoming investors' safe haven again. But with too many dollars chasing U.S. assets, yields on investments are being pushed down, costs are higher, and the recovering of the U.S. export may be fading away. Then, that doesn't seem to be a haven at all.
Maybe eventually, the stronger economies in Europe have to come to the rescue of the weaker ones, so to preserve the Euro and calm down the world financial system.
